Woof & Stay (hereafter referred to as “Woof & Stay” or the “Company”) – Trading as Woof & Stay – may change this policy by updating this page, as a customer you should check here from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st January 2023.

Woof & Stay is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information you provide to us. This privacy policy sets out how Woof & Stay uses and protects any information that you give the Company when you use this website.

Information Collected From You
Woof & Stay may request and collect the following information:

Name, email address, telephone number, mailing address and other contact data for both you, your partner and an emergency contact.

Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of the Company website including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, website navigation.

Information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and/or newsletters registering.

Woof and Stay does NOT store any client payment information, i.e. credit card details, debit card details or any other mode of payment data. The Company does not have access to your credit card or debit card numbers.

How We Use The Information We Gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you and your pet with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping.

To ensure we offer the best possible care for your pet.

To send statements and invoices, and collect payments.

To properly subscribe and/or register you to our website services, notifications or newsletter.

To improve our services.

To periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address you have provided.

Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by a third-party entity to enable us to bill your credit card for any online payments.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
